At ClutchCloth, we offer custom and personalized orders, including v-neck, youth, or toddler sizes. Contact us for cost details—we'll create a bespoke order link and provide a design proof for approval before production.

Our shirts and sweatshirts are primarily adult unisex sizes. For other sizes, let us know—additional charges may apply. Check specific product listings for size charts.

Machine wash in cold water (max 30°C or 90°F). Use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry low or hang-air-dry. Always follow item-specific care instructions.

We accept bulk orders and offer wholesale items. Reach out via our contact page for more information.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We're not liable for delays after dispatch. Request expedited shipping before ordering (not available for all items). Once tracking shows delivered, contact your local postal service if not received. We're not responsible for incorrect addresses.

• Damaged Items: Contact us within 3 days with a photo for resolution.
• Made-to-Order Products: No refunds/exchanges for sizing or change of mind—use size charts.
• Resolution Process: Refunds limited to manufacturing defects; we'll coordinate fixes.

• Gildan 5000 Shirts: 100% cotton, medium-heavy (180 g/m²)
• Bella+Canvas 3001 Shirts: High-quality cotton, ultra-lightweight (142 g/m²).
• Gildan 18500 Hoodies / 18000 Sweatshirts: Midweight (271 g/m²), durable warmth.
• Custom ClutchCloth Shirts: 100% cotton, heavyweight (235 g/m²) for premium feel.
