His 1978 Volvo 245 started life as a square-bodied sleeper, but now it’s a full-on bracket car with real track pedigree. Built by Infamous Racecraft, powered by a Gen 3 6.0L LS, and boosted by a VS 88/103, this isn’t some show queen swap. It’s back-halved, set up for big tire, and rowed through a PTC converter, Powerglide transmission, and Ford 9-inch rear. Fueling and tuning handled by FuelTech FT600, locked in by Merkl Motorsports.
